怎样练习开胯和松胯?

  传统武术对跨的要求都非常之高,有一种说法是宁可教10套拳,不愿教一胯。足以可见胯在传统武术中是作为核心机密的,不会轻易传授。因为只有松垮开胯,才有利于我们气沉丹田。这样人体重心也自然降低。从力学原理讲,重心越低就会越稳。

  从洪式太极拳来说,要求我们的尾骨长强穴微向后翻,这样有利于我们俩大腿根两条大筋放松。可加大驱干旋转的角度,以保持重心的下降与随遇平衡。

  有的老师教学生松跨开胯,要求他们多压腿,多做劈叉运动。这些对开胯松胯有没有作用,说实在的有是有一点,但不能起到绝对性的作用。

  开胯,何为开胯,开胯是使跨能够借助胯根的大筋(肌腱、韧带)快速崩弹,并且能够产生回弹效果,在武术当中运用十分广泛,老话说得好:“宁教十手拳,不教一把胯”,对功夫的增长起到决定性的作用。松胯,是指在发力时放松胯部,从而将下半身的力量充分发挥。

  下面给大家介绍开胯的方法:仆步,两腿左右分开,两脚距离约脚长的四至五倍,一腿屈膝起蹲,膝部与脚尖外展,另一腿伸直平铺接近地面,两脚全脚着地,左腿伸直为左仆步,右腿伸直为右仆步,练习仆步可以让胯部打开,并把胯部很好放松。

  横叉,横叉主要用于练习大腿内后侧和胯关节柔韧性的一种方法,两腿左右一字伸开,两手可辅助支撑两腿的小后侧着地压紧地面,两脚的脚跟着地,两脚尖左右侧伸展或勾紧胯,充分打开成一字形,练习横叉可以让柔韧性增长和打开胯部并很好的放松胯。

  练习开胯不是一朝一夕就能达到的,要持之以恒、坚持不懈的练习才能达到想要的效果。

  网上关于太极拳的松胯和开胯已经有很多视频了,我的观点是,他们的动作技能方面没有问题,但是过于单一,使用大量的放松法,意念法,慢练法都是对的。但是没有解剖学作为依据,其训练的进度还是较慢。

  胯和髋是人体的重要关节,也是力量从腿往上输送至腰的重要一个环节,因此一直是各种拳术的重要的训练部位。

  我的建议是除了太极拳的常用手段还可以对照以下一些方法。
